We’re hiring a Senior Customer Success & PMO professional at GM/ Head level professional with proven experience in managing full P&L ownership across customer success, engineering, delivery, and third-party vendors. This role requires hands-on leadership of large-scale, complex telecom projects across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, with a focus on execution- not just oversight. The ideal candidate has led teams of 200+ across functions, driven stakeholder alignment under pressure, and delivered measurable results. Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and managing renewal business is essential
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to telecom clients, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Leverage deep expertise in telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, IoT, connectivity) to guide customers through adoption and transformation journeys.
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships with senior telco executives, using industry insight to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across internal teams—product, marketing, and tech—to ensure seamless delivery and client success.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and influence decision-makers, navigating objections to align stakeholders on shared objectives.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies, proactively identifying challenges and driving outcomes that maximize satisfaction and long-term value.
Key Requirements:
- Min 10+ years of customer success and/or project management (PMO) experience with Telecom & ISP clients, including senior CxO stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex telecom programs (50–100+ delivery staff) across Indonesia and Southeast Asia
- Deep expertise in telecom technologies (5G, IoT) and cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience owning P&L across engineering, delivery, and third-party vendors
- Strong capability in driving renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and supporting recurring revenue growth
- Exceptional communicator with a customer-centric, delivery-focused mindset
