Our client is a globally recognized packaging manufacturer with over 50 years of international heritage and a strong presence across Indonesia and the SEA region. Serving leading clients in FMCG, Healthcare, Hi-Tech, and Pharma, the company manages a portfolio of 200+ clients and drives multi-million-dollar double-digit annual revenues.
As part of their transformation journey, we are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer / Head of Sales to spearhead commercial strategy, sales performance, and revenue optimization; leading structural transformation, financial planning, and go-to-market initiatives to accelerate growth and profitability
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial and GTM strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Lead, mentor, and restructure the sales organization to drive performance and accountability
- Build and implement long-term sales plans aligned with strategic business goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share
- Oversee financial planning, pricing strategy, and P&L management for Indonesia operations
- Strengthen client engagement models and drive customer success initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, product) to ensure execution excellence
- Lead change management and transformation programs to modernize commercial operations
Key Requirements:
- Min 10–15 years of proven experience driving GTM and commercial strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CCO, Head of Sales/Commercial Director, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of Indonesia’s manufacturing sector; packaging industry experience highly preferred
- Track record in restructuring or transforming commercial teams in complex, matrix organizations
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English; regional exposure is an advantage
