Researcher/ Senior Analyst
The Position
As a Researcher, you will conduct company and executive research. Your tasks will include identifying prospective candidates, managing databases, developing phone and email, verifying that information and related activities. In essence, your work involves a significant amount of online research and internal communication, making it essential to be comfortable with online research and phone conversations.
Responsibilities includes:
- Conducting company/ candidate and market research
- Identify and research prospective candidates through online/ web/ job portal or database research
- Alerting team immediately of any issue or problems while researching
- Checking research to ensure it is error-free and ready for reporting out to the client
- Manage candidates/ clients data
- Interest to learn the technology, fintech and healthtech market space
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology business, economics, statistics, or related field degree
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF & related tools
- Skilled at market research and data analysis. Experience working in a research-intensive field such as LinkedIn, job portal search or boolean/ google free search
- Attention to detail. You enjoy making sure the research is error-free.
- A self-starter, team player who collaborates, helps others & intrinsically motivated to be successful
- Ensures the confidentiality of client engagements
