Our client is a European Global Technology company, providing innovative Digital, Payments, Security, Identity, Authentication, Biometrics, Anti-Fraud, and related SaaS solutions to the Banking, Financial Services, large corporates, and public sector industries across APJ. We’re looking to hire a Sales/ Account Manager to drive new sales, business development and relationship management in the Japan region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive activities for sales, revenue growth and profitability by managing end to end sales & account management process, contract delivery and upsell opportunities
- Own contract renewals and customer offers, including leading negotiation strategy and ensuring alignment with company policy and legal requirements
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by deeply understanding their operations and securing long-term customer loyalty
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets, ensuring reliable pipeline visibility and proactive business planning
- Identify and close opportunities for advanced products and services, while aligning clients with product roadmaps and migration plans
- Maintain and manage key account data and activities within the CRM system, ensuring reporting compliance and visibility across teams
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and fluent in Japanese, with sufficient English speaking/ writing skills to enable coordination with teams
- Minimum 5 to 10 years sales & account management experience in the Technology, Cloud, Payments or SaaS B2B industry
- Strong clientele or relationships within the banking & financial services and Corporates in Japan
- Demonstrate the ability to work well with team members through collaboration and sharing insights
- Have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
