Our client is a leading international brand responsible for providing innovative, affordable, and high quality pharma products. We’re looking to hire a product manager based in Sri Lanka to drive the marketing initiatives and product development in ethical products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and developing product strategy development to ensure clear value propositions

• Oversee the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from launch to post-launch activities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that comply with industry regulations and ethical standards

• Collaborate with various departments, including regulatory, medical affairs, R&D, sales, and supply chain, to ensure product success

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt the product strategy

• Conduct regular visits with healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders to gather insights on market needs and product performance

• Ensure all marketing activities and promotional campaigns follow the highest ethical standards and comply with industry regulations

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong understanding of the ethical pharmaceutical business environment, regulatory guidelines, and compliance.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
