Our client is a leading disruptor in the Technology telecommunications industry, providing innovative Digital, Mobile & SaaS solutions to telecom & ISP across APJ. We’re looking to hire a Sales Director to drive growth and strategic sales within the Singapore, SEA & APAC region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a key account strategy that drives product adoption and strengthens stakeholder engagement across the region
- Lead regional go-to-market initiatives focused on revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term customer success
- Establish scalable tools and processes to monitor execution and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
- Drive digital transformation efforts and build strong relationships with telecom operators and regulators to support growth
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, collaborating with leadership to align goals and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
- Min 10+ years of experience driving sales, business development, and go-to-market strategies
- Exposure in SaaS, CRM, BPS, Enterprise Databases, Digital & related Cloud solutions
- CxO-level network CIO, CTO, other relevant departmental heads and senior executives
- Existing relationships within Telecom and ISP clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience and drive to succeed in fast-paced, high-growth or start-up environments.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving double-digit million-dollar ARR targets
- Work with partners, resellers and advisory ecosystems to drive growth
