Our client is a leading networking, security and enterprise IT cloud solutions provider in the Technology industry. With offices in 40+ countries and a strong presence across APAC, the company offers both global exposure to build cross-regional expertise while driving direct impact in their markets. We’re looking to hire a Sales Director to drive regional growth and strategic sales within the Singapore (focus) & ASEAN region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and execute new business sales strategy across target accounts and sectors.
- Identify, engage, and influence C-level and technical decision makers using outbound tactics and professional networks.
- Build, manage, and accurately forecast a qualified sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and channel partners to deliver tailored solutions and compelling value propositions.
Key Requirements:
- Min 5-10 years of proven success exceeding sales quotas in cybersecurity, networking, API security or cloud infrastructure space
- Expertise in selling complex enterprise solutions to senior business and technical stakeholders
- Strong clientele within financial services, telecom, ecommerce, and/or enterprise market
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with a consultative approach and strong deal execution
- Proven track record in selling complex solutions to C-level and technical stakeholders in enterprise environment
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (written, spoken, and presentation).
